This ride starts in the Coastal Mountain Range, following the Smith River to the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy three days pedaling the beautiful Pacific Coastline of Oregon on your way to the mighty Redwoods. High bluffs overlooking the Pacific create spectacular ocean views. Giant redwood trees line scenic Highway 199 which leads you into the Smith River Recreation Area. Following the wild Rogue River north, you'll arrive at the tours grand destination, Crater Lake. The ride along the rocky cliffs of the Cascade Mountains and Crater Lake will amaze you. More riverside riding takes you through Glide and finally back to Cottage Grove.
