What's Included in Your Tour Fee . . .
Breakfast, a midpoint picnic and dinner are provided each ride day. Professionally catered breakfast, refreshment stations and lunch stop are featured on Pedal the Peaks Bicycle Challenge, while dinner is "on your own and at your leisure."
A Picnic Stop - located on the route.
All camping facilities and overnight fees.
Showers at each overnight.
Luggage transport to the next overnight location.
Support staff available on route and in camp.
SAG vehicle support on the route each day.
Professional mechanics on route and in camp (extra charge). 
A well-marked route to guide you through each day.
Nightly route meetings to keep you informed.
Bicycle and baggage identification tags.
A complete Confirmation Packet that contains pertinent details about the tour, all motel booking information (if applicable), tips on what to bring, a preparation guide, option day activities (if applicable), and what to expect.

Super Saver Discounts
Reserve Early and Save BIG on Coast-to-Coast 2010
Take advantage of our Super Saver pricing on our series of Coast-to-Coast tours in 2010. You can reserve an epic adventure today and enjoy last year’s great pricing. The "Super Saver" discount is valid through December 31st. At the end of this promotion, NEW pricing will take effect for Coast-to-Coast 2010 tours.

 

Group/Bicycle Club Discount
Take advantage of special rates for Groups, Bicycle Clubs, or Spin Classes registering five or more persons. You must designate a point person in charge of the group, choose a group name, and submit a group list before individuals can receive special pricing. Each registrant is required to reference the group name when registering. A group cannot be created after individual entries are received. Call 800-245-3263 for more details.

•  Reservation Information  •

 

Reservations
A $200 deposit for each tour entered (US $850 for Coast-to-Coast) reserves space based on availability. If using transportation or optional motel service, please include these fees in full. Your final balance is due six weeks prior to tour start. Entries sent in fewer than six weeks before tour start must include full payment for tour, transportation, and any additional services.

Confirmation
Account Statement and Tour Kit will be sent after receiving a Registration Form and signed Waiver.

Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received at least 30 days before tour start will receive a refund less a $50 per tour cancellation fee ($150 maximum). Cancellations fewer than 30 days before tour start will not receive any refund. However, a credit equal to the remaining deposit will be established and can be transferred to another tour based on availability. No exceptions.

Credit transferred to another season is charged a $50 service fee and is valid for one year.

There is no compensation for no-shows or services missed or cancelled by registrant while on tour. Those on tour who are unable to complete their trip due to an emergency will receive tour credit equal to the portion not completed.
